Devil Halloween Costumes

Cruella devil costume ideas?

We have spirit week and one of the days is disney characters, I wanted to do cruella devil but I don't want to buy a full-on costume.Any ideas on what I should get to make up an outfit myself?

It doesnt need to be flashy but just kind of cute and to the point.
money isnt a problem =)

me and my 3 other friends decided to be angels and devils, we found really cute outfits but there over $50 and theres no cute/kind of sexy costumes at are local halloween store. plus are one friend is a little more conservative then us. do you think it would still be cute to buy wings and horns and then go out and buy clothes that would go with it? like what should we buy?
