Devil Halloween Costumes

How can i make my little red riding hood costume?

okayy. so i've decided that i want to be little red riding hood for halloween. i have an old plain devil costume that i can use but i dont knnow how i should make it. the devil costumes all red && im not sure how i should make the cape && i am not allowed to spend much money so yeah, any suggestions?

Any ideas of cheaper ways to put the costume together? I want to go a an angel, and my boyfriend as a devil but the costume its is almost 60 dollars… Cheaper suggestions?
